Question
I have a gaming idea that I want to put forth in iOS and Android mobiles. However, it's got many characteristics that are fairly similar to existing gaming applications, besides the name and graphics. Should this application get listed in the market, will/can I be sued for patent infringement (not knowing if the existing game developers have patents in their games)? Also, besides patent, what other issues should I look out for to prevent myself from any legal issues?
