For this, the X-ray CT device includes: an X-ray source (12); an X-ray detector (13) having a plurality of detection elements arranged in two-dimensionally and arranged so as to sandwich a desired rotation center axis; and reconfiguration means (25) for reconfiguring an image by performing a calculation to inversely project the two-dimensional projection data obtained according to X-ray detection data detected by the detection elements while rotating the X-ray source (13) around the rotation center axis, along a path different from the X-ray path associated with the projection data with respect to a direction (Z-axis direction) along the rotation center axis.
