Hi there! If we succeed in getting a patent for our technology, do we have a universal right to exploit the patented technology? Or could we still be liable to other patent-holders due to infringement?

Before to exploit your patented technology you need to be sure that you will not infringe third party patents in that territory, therefore it is higly recommended to carry out a freedom to operate analysis before such exploitation.
