When globally distributing our software product, what do we do when someone somewhere says we are infringing their trademark/other IP?

We would like to distribute our SaaS product globally, including distribution channels such as as Android/iOS apps. We are located in the EU, but what happens if someone in another country says we are infringing their trademark or other IP? What is the best way to deal with this issue?

First of all, register your trademarks in the countries you intend to market. Second, find some countries to host your service where you are definitely sure you are not infringing other IPs.
